Residential metal roofing is one of the fastest growing segments of home improvement – more than quadrupling its market share over the past decade. The benefits offered by today’s metal roofs allow homeowners to upgrade their homes with products of lasting value. While other roofs quickly diminish in value as they age, metal roofs provide the following lasting benefits:

• Proven performance expectation of 50+ years
• Beautiful styles to match any home or neighborhood
• Interlocking panels for maximum wind resistance
• Fire resistance
• Energy efficiency by keeping homes cooler
• Low weight to help preserve structural integrity and life

Reflective Roof

refelctive_roof_roofingReflective roofing has become more and more popular in South Florida as per capita energy consumption in the state has increased along with the average utility bill. When replacing a roof consider a reflective surface to reduce cooling costs and possibly receive energy efficiency tax credits or rebates from your local utility. The materials in conventional rooftops, raising roof temperature, absorb UV rays and high temperatures. Heat is trapped and creates a “cooking” effect that can create moisture in attics or upper levels, raising AC usage and causing mold. Basic insulation will lose its retention properties, making it ineffective. Heating and cooling units will suffer from constantly running equipment..

Waterproofing Roof

Waterproof roof coatings provide a watertight seal for commercial and industrial roofs. The best waterproof roof coating will also prevent future roof leaks, protect your roof from further attacks of weathering, and go on easily for best roof waterproofing results.  Today's superior waterproof roof coatings are now designed as "elastomeric roof coatings".  These water resistant coatings can weather more needs and changing conditions.
